Is there a fixed MOQ for every product?
No universal MOQ applies to every product or customization route. The order quantity, existing stock status, potential logo work and packaging requirements affect the discussion. Include your estimate in the RFQ.
Can I request prices for several SKUs in one enquiry?
Yes. Add model references to the shortlist on the product pages, select approximate quantities and submit a combined quote request.
Are catalogue prices displayed publicly?
No. B2B pricing depends on model, order quantity, product specification, packaging and delivery terms. We issue project-specific quotations.
Can you supply samples?
Ask with the relevant model code. Sample availability, price, customization and timing are reviewed and confirmed as part of the sourcing discussion.
Design & specifications.
Can you add my logo to a knife or packaging?
Share non-confidential logo artwork, preferred placement, product model and quantities. Marking and packaging feasibility must be confirmed for the selected design.
Can I change blade steel, handle material or dimensions?
Product engineering changes may require different tooling, materials or suppliers. Send target specifications so availability, cost and sample needs can be reviewed.
Is every photographed finish and accessory included?
Use the model's complete product description and quotation to confirm the exact supply scope. Scene props, illustrations or illustrative configurations must not be taken as included items.
What material and hardness data can I receive?
Published specifications are presented where available; missing details should be requested for the specific model. Hardness or composition claims must be supported by suitable records when required by the buyer.

Do you own a knife factory?
MONTERATILLO is built on a kitchen knife factory background in Yangjiang, with knife-making roots dating back to 1997. For buyer discussions, we focus on the actual product, customization scope, quality checks and delivery plan relevant to the order.
Do all products have the same certifications?
No blanket certification applies across our catalogue. If your market requires a particular test report, specify the regulation and model so supporting documentation can be assessed for that order.
How long will production or shipping take?
Production and dispatch terms depend on confirmed model, quantity, customization, supplier availability and destination. Any schedule should appear in the final written quotation.
Which export terms do you offer?
Share destination and preferred Incoterms. Documentation and shipping responsibilities must be agreed for the particular enquiry; we do not present a universal DDP or freight-price guarantee.
